Clear facts about the loss must be obtained, witnesses found, physical
evidence inspected and rapport established with the claimant.
Our staff is equipped to assist our insureds in proper loss reporting and
act as correspondent if needed.
All of the companies we deal with have 24 hour reporting facilities and
staff adjusters for a fair and equitable settlement.
